Storage
We maintain nothing but the highest-quality storage facilities with flexible methods for pricing. All products stored in our warehouses are logged and tracked using industry-leading methods paired with state-of-the-art technology.
Handling
Careful handling in and out of various materials. We verify and inspect all containers and pallets upon unloading. Our fleet of all-electric forklifts enable our warehouse staff to handle product with the utmost care with zero emissions in the warehouse.
Cross Docking
Trailer to trailer handling for those times when product needs to be sent right back out.
Sampling
We collect samples of inventory in appropriate small containers and send them to you or your customer as specified.
Labeling
Customer products and packaging can be labeled/relabeled to exact customer specifications.
Load Securing and Sealing
All package types may be stretch wrapped and/or pallet banded to secure product for safe transportation.
Cycle Counting
Verification of inventory by counting a percentage of the full inventory each month. That way, if there is a discrepancy we can correct it, and more importantly find out what caused it so that it can be avoided in the future. We insist on maintaining a 100% accurate inventory.
Load Inspection and Photos
All trailers and shipping containers are inspected to strict standards to meet our customers cleanliness, safety, and product security needs. At no additional cost, all shipments are documented with a series of photographs to ensure proper loading.
Site Security
Our warehouses are monitored 24/7 for intrusion and fire, are equipped with AI powered camera systems inside and out, and are inspected regularly day and night to ensure the safety of our employees and our customer’s product.
Paperless Documentation
By using a suite of modern software, hardware, and practices, we are able to generate records for indefinite retention, customized reporting, and immediate sharing with access to custom-built company intranet sites for each of our customers.

All-In-One Repack and Processing Line
A brand-new, custom-designed, all-in-one repackaging equipment line installed in our new processing facility allows for repackaging of dry product to and from FIBCs, bulk gaylord boxes, and valve bags. Our equipment provides product deblocking, screening, dusting, and metal detection at industry-leading throughput rates in one line to remove the necessity to move product between pieces of modular equipment.
Repackaging
Our equipment and processes allow for the repackaging of any dry materials from practically any bulk package into FIBC Supersacks, gaylord bulk boxes, and small valve bags of various sizes and weights.
Deblocking
Dry materials, such as pelleted or crumb polymers, can be deblocked and sized to allow for ease of material flow.
Screening
Dry materials can be screened and sorted to keep product within customer-specified sizing while also eliminating agglomerated product making its way into final packaging.
Dusting
Dry materials can be dosed with customer-specified dusting materials (talc, silicon, etc.) down to 0.2% of material weight.
Metal Detection
As standard, all materials processed with our all-in-one equipment line pass through a metal detector with an automatic offshoot that removes product contaminated with ferrous and non-ferrous metal on-the-fly, preventing the need to scrap entire material batches.
Valve Bag Printing
An inkjet printer attached to the valve bag filling line allows custom printing of customer specified information directly onto paper or plastic valve bags, eliminating the need for adhesive labels.
Laboratory Testing
Our newly-outfitted, on-site laboratory allows us to provide ash, moisture content, and particle size testing. Upon customer request, any other laboratory testing may be added.
Test Sample Retention
As standard practice, all laboratory tested samples are retained for a minimum of 6 months.
Display Pallet Creation
Just give us your specifications and let us create display pallets for you.
Kitting
We can take multiple smaller items and package or assemble them to create a new SKU.
Splitting
If a product comes in as a multi pack and needs to be seperated into individual items.
