Davisville WV Warehouse – 217,600 sq ft
The Davisville Facility is currently comprised of a 200,000 square-foot main warehouse building, which serves as the core of our operation, and a 17,600 tolling and repackaging plant with a built-in testing laboratory. Located on 35 acres, these buildings sit just off Route 47, is 2.7 miles from I-77, 5.5 miles from Route 50, and located within the Polymer Alliance Zone (PAZ) Industrial Park in Davisville, WV. This facility is currently operated as a full-service warehousing facility.
Since acquiring an additional 15 acres from the PAZ in early 2020, we have begun expanding this Davisville site to a total footprint of ~460,000 square feet, with the first expansion being a 17,600 tolling and repackaging plant adjacent to the main warehouse. This expansion is creating a site which is highly capable, secure, and efficient. The both buildings are protected with a full, dry-type sprinkler systems, 24-hour burglary and fire alarm monitoring, and a high-resolution, web connected, camera system which records up to one month of activity.
The main warehouse building is outfitted with 18 dock-height doors (three of which are equipped with electric dock levelers for odd-height trucks) and 2 ground level drive-in doors. Each of the six sections have 3 assigned dock doors available. Inside the building, columns are spaces 30’ by 100’, giving large, clear spans.
The tolling and repackaging plant is outfitted with 1000 amps of 480v 3-phase electrical service to power any necessary equipment, a capable testing laboratory to sample products for customers, 50 foot candle lighting and 4-foot-high skylight panels along the east and west eaves to provide an incredible amount of light, and 25-foot-high low ceiling eaves to make room for any and all equipment. The building is a clear-spanned 220′ by 80′ space.
Davisville WV Development Site – 35 acres total
Located on 35 acres, this site, which is the home of our largest warehouse facility, sits just off Route 47, is 2.7 miles from I-77, 5.5 miles from Route 50, and located within the Polymer Alliance Zone (PAZ) Industrial Park in Davisville, WV.

This premier complex is located on the corner of the new four lane on WV State Rt 50 called “Corridor D”, which links Parkersburg to Interstate 77. The buildings are various sizes, climate controlled, and contain many offices.
